2012 Non-League: Hellfire Wood & Massy's Estate

Setanta will hold a non-league event at Hellfire Woods, Co. Dublin on the 5th of Feb, 2012.

Start Location:     Massey's Estate
Parking:                 Hellfire car park, grid O 120 237

Please note that the start and finish are in Massey's Estate but parking, assembly, registration and download are in Hellfire Woods car park. Please ensure you return to the assembly area to download after your run, whether you finish the course or not.
Take care crossing roads at all times.

Directions:            From Ballyboden or Knocklyon, approach via Scholarstown Road and Stocking Lane. 
                                 From Oldbawn, approach via Oldcourt Road.
The event will be signposted from the M50 - via Firhouse/Ballyboden exit and Stocking Lane

Courses:                 Long, Medium, Short.
Course lengths & Climb:   
Long:       7.0 km, 340m      (international control descriptions)
Medium:  4.7 km, 270m      (international control descriptions)
Short:       2.2 km, 120m      (English control descriptions)

Please note that the short course uses Massys only, while the medium and long also use the Hellfire but all finishes are in Massys.
Take care crossing roads at all times.

Terrain description:   mixture of forest and open area with good underfoot conditions
