Setanta Orienteers are pleased to invite you to take part in the 2008 Leinster Orienteering Championships, which will take place at Fair Mountain, near the Wicklow Gap. The mainly open mountain terrain has lots of contour detail and many rock, peat and water features. There are also dispersed forest areas to add to the interest. The lofty crags to the east of Fair Mountain are dangerous and will be out of bounds for the competition. The area is high and poor weather conditions would present safety concerns. The Organisers therefore reserve the right to alter, curtail or cancel courses on the day, depending on the prevailing weather conditions

Senior Classes:

Male (M) and Female (F); Long (L) and Short (S)

21, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70

Junior Classes

Male (M) and Female (F): A and B

10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20

Entry Fees

Adults: € 14

Students: € 12

Juniors: € 8

Family: € 40

SportIdent Timing will be used

Hire of SportIdent Cards: € 2 each
